Monthly massage
★★★★★

I have now been visiting Alice for monthly massages for six months. After an injury four years ago, I was left with a chronically painful, stiff and heavy shoulder. I had visited many physios and specialists, and none of them could pinpoint what the issue was, and just gave me exercises that didn’t work. The pain was affecting my daily life with searing and throbbing that ibuprofen wouldn’t touch. Alice, after one massage, told me that I had pretty intense muscle knots in my affected shoulder. This was missed by all the physios and specialists I had seen! That first massage alone relieved a good amount of pain. Now, after five more visits, my shoulder is doing amazingly. Each visit softens up my shoulder more and more, and I can feel the difference every time. I’m no longer debilitated by awful, heavy pain. I’d say my pain has lessened by at least 70% already! I will continue to go to Alice for months to come!

  • Pain and stiffness easing over time, especially around long-term problem areas like the shoulders, neck and lower back.
