All vouchers can be used towards any 60-minute treatment unless stated otherwise. If you are unsure which option to choose, a simple value voucher is usually the most flexible.

The voucher is emailed to you to print or forward. The recipient then contacts Alice when they are ready to arrange an appointment.

Important information

Vouchers are usually valid for 12 months (expiry printed clearly).

Refunds: vouchers are non-refundable but can usually be transferred to another person with prior notice.
Suitability: massage is not appropriate for every medical condition. If the recipient is unsure, they are welcome to contact Alice first.

Yes. Many people receive their first massage as a gift. Sessions always begin with a conversation about comfort, boundaries and consent before any hands-on work.

What happens if massage is not suitable for them?

If a health condition means hands-on treatment is not appropriate, options such as delaying the voucher, adapting the approach or transferring it to someone else can be discussed.
